When we receive an order we do verify the availability of the items, calculate postage fees and then send an invoice with the price to be paid along with payment details.
Shipping fees are calculated on standard Royal Mail fees, First Class mail within the UK and Airmail for international deliveries. Please contact us if you choose a different shipping option (ex. urgent delivery, registered mail, heavy parcels etc.). We suggest you should use registered delivery for big orders. In case of unregistered delivery, please note tracking is not available, although we keep the receipt as well as certificate of postage. Parcels are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment. We advise you to put your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Payment methods accepted are: Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cash on registered letter, cheques, postal orders. Please note postal orders are cleared immediately, while cheques take about 7 days to be cleared. No cash must be sent unless being registered. All cheques must have the reference number at the back for security reasons.
